until i have a working computer/scanner/brain, i will be focusing my internet tendencies on posting photographs of my favorite animal, the graceful and very intimidating guinea pig.

I found this perfect angel while "working". Skittles is really nailing it with that alert expression. I'm pretty sure we can all identify with his/her metal bowl as well. You know, we all eat. Out of bowls. Or sit in them.

Okay, as of right now I have redesigned some of this website. I've included sections for other comics and art. I'm not just a pretty Chair Dad face.
Don't get too excited, though, because I don't have a scanner. Please accept old work and digital photos for the moment. I'm working on it.
Former VP Cheney has had his fifth heart attack. I'm still going on zero. How about you?
 
 
I have eco-consciously (aka on my bike) delivered Chair Dad to the following really neat bookstores:

 I also have a bunch of copies in the Chair Dad office, which is a crate on top of my underwear drawer. So let me know if you need me to send you one ($3 a pop). Unless you're an underwear drawer perv.

Also, I have begun some new Chair Dads. So far they feature hot dogs, beer and Tom Hanks.







You know, I would probably send you one despite your underwear perviness as long as you sent me the three buckaroos (and yes I did just spellcheck "perviness").

I have finished the Chair Dad book. Some might even go so far as to call it a "zine."  I prefer book.  It has a full color cover and a lot of work for a complete joke.
It can be purchased from meeeeee for $4
or around Seattle at the Elliott Bay Book Co (where I work for one more week) and at Left Bank Books for $5.
I am leaving Seattle mid June for a cool California month and will have it at several places around de Bay Area and perhaps even my neglected hometown of Santa Cruz, if I end up getting down there.
After a cool California month I will be going Brooklyn. I have no idea when I will be leaving NY, or where I will go, but I will have Chair Dad there, too.

Dearest Chair Dadians,
i  have been working away at completing the official Chair Dad book.  it will be ready and available by april 11th, which happens to be the night of the Braidstorm tape release show at Cairo . Assuming the people who love Seattle's best all-girl power punk trio also love  dads with chairs for legs, this is probably a good idea.

As always, stay positive, shred or die, and get out of the house once in a while.
